Dear project partners,
We would like to invite your teachers and students to attend workshops at the School Center “Nikola Tesla”, Vrsac.
According to the workshop implementation plan, each workshop should be attended by five students and one teacher from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Since there will be two workshops in parallel, we expect a total of ten students and two teachers each weekend. The schedule is presented in the following table:

We will arrange transportation from Timisoara to Vrsac and from Vrsac to Timisoara, and, we will arrange accommodation and meals throughout the workshops for students and teachers from UPT.
Please prepare us the list with students and teachers names at least few days before each workshop, so we can forward it to the company for the organization of events (they need it for border crossings papers and hotel registration).
